Nicole sets her sights on EJ, which sends Sami into a tailspin. It all begins in the steam room, where Nicole puts the moves on her lawyer. "He's not blind; she's obviously beautiful. And let's be honest, it's been a long time since he got any action, so he's probably looking at Roman a bit funny these days," cracks James Scott (EJ) of his alter ego. But EJ puts the brakes on Nicoles' advances. In the meantime, Sami receives an e-mail from Lucas telling her he loves her, but urging her to move on. Later at home, Sami and EJ finally have a heart-to-heart about the night Johnny was conceived. "Hopefully, it will be the last time they reference it, says Scott. Nicole bursts in during their close moment and kisses EJ. A furious Sami kicks Nicole out, then demands EJ stay away from Nicole. After, she kisses EJ herself. "He sees the potential for having something real, something honest," notes Scott. "He's been given a taste of something he's never experienced before and it's very appealing to him."
