Mouse probably would have still asked. But it didn’t hurt that they were coming in at the request of Anders. The OnePhoneCall is being handled by the Iowa branch for the time while she is in on the flight with the emergency stuff going to Mouse. Bruno had already raided the Dillon’s fun room and there was going to be a supply of gear going with them on Dillon’s private plane. Frankie is also coming with them. That meant that Baba had moved in over at Dillon’s house with Brittany and Mrs. Ramirez. As more branches came into the know with what is going on with Twink and Boston the more moat mentality had come into play. As far as most are concerned it means they are on 48 hours notice. Forty eight hours to get everything handled where they were so that they could be away for an extended period if needed. The word had gone out about that too. Yuri wanted 48 hours to either find Twink or find out where she wasn’t before calling in reinforcements. It means that around the country the lock down had come on company assets, like Baba going to Dillon Quartermaine’s It’s the most secure location in LA. Faith had decided to come back from Australia at the same time as Lydia, AJ and Anders. So she would be routed directly to Dillon’s as well. Javier in Miami had already asked Baby to have Kiki stay with her out on Spoon Island, knowing that Baby is going to empty the Port Charles crew into Boston. Kiki wasn’t thrilled about it since she has nothing to do with CSMC but big brother had pled his case eloquently and she was cutting him some slack. Kiki was going to have company there since Hillary is already on her way to Spoon Island as well. Cole Radcliffe and Edward Quartermaine are both on their way to Boston. They might not be helping in the search for Twink but they could be there to support Skye and also to have a face for the public, even for the kidnappers, so that they know who to contact with the ransom demands.

Bruno comes over to the seat across from Mona and settles in.

Frankie is across the aisle. “What did the pilot say?”

“We’re the next ones up. Pilot says we should be there in about six hours. No devices until we’re at cruising altitude.”

Mona finishes up the last of the things she could do while on the tarmac and packs away her laptop and cell after sending Iowa a text that she would be out of communication for 6 hours. Mona had worked with Tori before. They had both been called up to help when Jeff Brown had been tasked with the creation of CSMC Philly. “Tori is clearing out the CSMC Boston building. All acts that can be out on the road are going. Anything that can be rescheduled is being set out. Alecia is heading down to Miami. She’s going to use the Michaelsons facility until they get the all clear. Yuri’s mom already left with PsynSation before everything went down with Twink. They’re in New Jersey and heading down the eastern seaboard.”

“Anders is going to be a day behind and Mouse said he wanted us because he figured this is not in Tori’s job description.” Bruno nods. “I figure our job for now is making sure that nobody gets in Yuri’s way and get ready for the army if it comes down to it.” There is a pause in the conversation as the plane goes airborne.

Mona has her eyes closed and is doing breathing exercises. She’s not as bad as Marta but anyone who said they actually liked flying had to be nuts in her opinion. As soon the pressure of gaining altitude eases she continues with the conversation as if nothing had happened. “Tori stopped filling any vacancies in the portfolio in Boston so there will be room there too as well as at the main office. Anders has the Talent building have rooms on the upper floors for visiting artists so he’s already set for company coming. Basically Talent is vacating and all that is going to be left is CSMC Boston.”

“Aren’t going to be able to pull from Philly, too new and the competition in Philly is nuts. Marco’s been able to keep it low key but he’s the guy we’d pull if we needed and that would make that branch vulnerable.”

“Javier would send people—he’s good for a dozen especially after the company came through during Odette. Keith in The City as well.” Frankie grins and then says wryly. “Keith is going to want to settle this before Fashion week. He’s going to be seriously pissed if he doesn’t get his quality time with Baby. Specially with all the attention that Baby gave Jeff over in Philly. Maeve would be good for a dozen as well and those guys are already used to Yuri.”

“I talked to Maeve.” Mona agrees. “She and Yuri already talked. She’s making plans like that. Her house basically has an electronic moat around it thanks to Mouse and Stefan Cassadine and with the downstairs apartment she can move people into her place or out to the hub if more security is needed. Yuri told her that no matter who she sends that Adam has to stay in Chicago in case Phillipe decides to start acting up. Evidently he was behind the trouble that Yuri had in Atlanta before.”

“That Russo guy already has one strike on him because of that.” Bruno shakes his head. “I’m surprised he’s still breathing anyway.”

“Kinda of fun him get suckered that night when Fancy took Maeve out dancing. Maeve had him handled and Fancy slipped out with him none the wiser. Couldn’t pull that one now, Fancy has too much press.” Frankie remembers. Course it doesn’t mean he wasn’t in a cold sweat that night when it happened.

“Baba going to be okay?”

“Baba understands business needs. It’s like after the earthquake and me joining up with the riders tracking your people down. Baba was freaking but she bit her lip and told me to do it. Twink missing? You’re lucky she wasn’t on the plane too. But she’s taking it as her job to keep Fancy in LA.”

“It’s going to be a press case eventually. Big and Ugly. The longer we can do without that the better.” Bruno nods. “I heard the FBI pulled the AMBER alert that Homeland Security put out for just that reason. They don’t want them to
get spooked and do something stupid.”

“I think stupid has already been covered. Kidnapping? What is this-- Colombia?” Mona shakes her head. “There are easier ways to make money.” Mona pulls out her laptop and starts going through her emails. She might as well get some work done in the five hours of the flight.
Frankie looks over at Bruno. The big guy has already put his seat back and closed his eyes with his hands crossed over his chest. That would be the smart thing to do. Catch some z’s now while they could because he doesn’t figure he’s going to be sleeping much when they get to Boston. It might be the smart thing to do, but he doesn’t think he can. He’d been Baba’s guard, and by default Fancy’s primary guard for the last few years. Something like this happened to Baba or Fancy, and he’d rather be dead than in the hospital. This is has to be Narin’s worst nightmare.
