A phone call has shortened my creativity tonight and so I am going to devote this post mainly to talking about how well Maurice is doing with the writing that he is getting these days.

Today Maurice was awesome. We could feel his sadness, fear, guilt and love all coming to the front in those scenes with Carly. The shakiness in his voice, the sadness in his eyes and the sadness in his delivery were so touching.

I can't imagine that many Sonny fans are excited about the writing for Sonny and Carly down the line, nor are Skate fans happy about seeing their couple reach a serious fork in the road. BUT regardless of subject material, Maurice will rock just as he has during this long drawn out Michael story.
