Last week we saw Sonny put two and two together and figure out who Trey was. Naturally he's worried about the women in his life who are impacted by Trey-and his dad's presence: Kate, Kristina and Alexis. Little does he know that while he's worried sick about Kate, "Connie" has taken over and is planning to wreak havoc on Sonny and Kate's big day. Spoilers say somebody get's shot. Oh how I wish it was rodent--and this time a mortal wound. However, I bet I'm not that lucky.

I know some are upset about another Sonny wedding fraught with uncertainty and violence but I'm ok with it since it contains a twist. This time, Sonny is the one in danger. We won't be subjected to another round of one of Sonny's enemies out to get Sonny and instead some innocent person gets caught in the cross fire--which was Guza's m.o. We won't be subjected to all of Port Charles wailing, kareening, finger pointing and shrieking about Sonny and the danger he imposes on EVERYONE while our guy sits in the dark at Greystone ALONE drinking and reviling himself. We won't be subjected to Jarly fretting about containing volatile unstable Sonny. That story has been done to DEATH (pun intended). No--this time Sonny is innocent who's in danger. I like this new take!

Mt dreams of Tracy and Sonny being BFFs aren't as hopeful since Tracy is already backing down and softening towards Joe Jr. But I am hoping for a few good scenes where they volly barbs at each other.

With Steve leaving, John Ingle's untimely death and the news that Sean Kanan will be reprising the role of AJ (and not Billy Warlock YEAAAHHHH!!)one wonder the direction Sonny story line will take after the infamous wedding.
I'm not bothered by AJ's return since he will be played by Sean Kanan--the only AJ I liked. I suspect AJ will be tied up in the story of Jason's leaving the show. I know this may sound heartless and I dearly loved John Ingle but I loved the original Edward David Lewis even more. I guess the point I'm making is it may be possible to re-cast Edward since it was done successfully when David Lewis died.

I wonder if Sonny will inherit Spin?? Poor Sonny if that happens.

So what are your predictions peeps. Will Sonny and Kate get married? How will Jason leaving affect Sonny? How will the return of AJ affect our guy. Lots to ponder.
