enjoy the character. I've had to ignore tons of stuff Sonny did which was pretty putrid. And TB's Carly until I couldn't stand it anymore. I ignored a lot for L&L back in the day as well as Alan & Monica. I also liked Todd & Tea on OLTL but I have no illusions who Todd is since I watched him gang rape Marty. Each of us has different levels that we can ignore or overlook. You've got a bunch of Carly fans it seems that want her paired with Todd. And then a bunch of Alexis fans who like her paired with Jerry the psycho terrorist who tried to kill Kristina her daughter.
It is what it is. I don't feel that many Sonny fans want him paired with Connie. My guess is that it's more of a point and laugh like CarJohn was for haters of Carly.
I loved Stefan as a character and I pretty much ignore his last stint on GH where Guza trashed the character.
There are viewers that think Jax is a great guy, where I view him as a criminal not much different than Sonny and in a lot of ways worse than Sonny since he has never owned up to being a criminal or abetting Jerry in his crimes and he had a lot more choices than Sonny did.
