don't believe when Duke was on so I don't believe that they ever met. Soapcentral lists Tracy as returning to GH in 1989 and IB left GH in April 1989. At most they overlapped slightly and more likely with the recast Duke and not IB.
The only people who Anna had any relationship to whatsoever on GH was Patrick, Emma and Mac who they only shown her with a few times. Anna had never met Luke during her contract run since FH left GH in 1992 before Luke & Laura returned in 1993. Felicia knew Anna but she was only recurring for a few months in just a few scenes. Tracy did know Anna but they weren't friends. Anna's back history with McBain doesn't fit with either character's history. Luke never met Duke. There's no one on GH except Anna that ever met Duke other than Monica and possibly Tracy.
