My point was she has zero legal rights to him. And John, who is supposedly a cop, should know he cant stop Tea from walking up to Sam and taking that kid out of her arms & driving back to Pennsylvania.
Not Sam, Jason or John could legally stop her. Eventually Sam would get her kid back. But she wouldn't be going home to Jason's PH tonight.
It annoys me when the writing skips HUGE chunks of a story. Given how long they dragged this crap story out, they could have done a much better job with the writing.
