Segment 4 –

P asks Anna why she didn’t tell him. Anna says she didn’t want to put him through that. P is not happy about being left in the dark. He says every day he has to convince himself to get through the day but at night, he hears her voice & she’s asking for help. Like she’s lost somewhere & needs his help to get back. Anna says she feels it too, especially today. Sabrina & Britch watch intently from across the ED. P agrees that today is hard. Anna says its R birthday. A little choked up, P says E sent a balloon up to heaven with a note for R. Anna smiles & asks if that was E’s idea. P says it was & Anna says that’s sweet. Anna adds that R would have liked that. P says it’s strange because just last year he surprised her with those plane tickets to the places she wanted to go to. Anna nods. P says they never made it; they never found the time. Anna pulls him into a hug.

So he still hears her voice asking for help???
