I can easily live with three QUALITY days for Sonny on our show, but he needs to DRIVE a story. As you say, he is immensely popular yet, and is always high in the polls and wildly received at all public appearances. We need to see the Kate/Connie story move forward WITH Sonny as a focal point, not a two line a day supporter while Connie carries on daily with the likes of Rodent and Toad.
I am hopeful that a story will move forward that does not just have Sonny reeling from losing Jason and fighting to get Kate back. we need a proactive Sonny, running his mob and leading, or getting out and driving a new story line that centers around the changes in his life.
Get Kate back in his life soon, dump Connie, who FB polling showed is NOT popular except for those who love raunchy, mouthy, male raping wannabees with no heart or soul...and that kind of character becomes a worn out cliche. Kelly is capable of giving us a REAL person, we saw it in her portrayal of Kate last Christmas.
Sonny is luck to have Alexis around these days. His other friend, Olivia, is busy cranking out weekly hallucinations and his kids are all over the place, the most loyal strangely considering the past circumstances, is Dante.
