no current characters that they can really interact with. Anna is essentially a new character on GH. So they bring back Duke another new character to pair with a new character? Luke never met Duke so Luke is interacting with a new character. The characters that Duke interacted with when he was on the show original except for Anna aren't on it anymore.

And advertisers don't pay for older viewers just younger ones.
