Kevin and Lucy are my all-time favorite soap couple--maybe my all-time favorite TV couple--but by the end, the writers had utterly destroyed them. I could've understood Lucy winding up with Scott due to their history, but Lucy and Ian? Ian??? After all the times Kevin declared his undying love for Lucy ("I'll send armies of skunks after him!"--in response to the threat from Rex), after Kevin found Kristina for Lucy, after all that, I never bought Lucy not trying harder to figure out that Livvie was poisoning her own dad to make him look crazy. Lucy pretty much shrugged her shoulders and ran to the next pretty face, which happened to be Ian. Blech.
