Try as they may, fans of RH tell us that OLTL doesn't count because now he is a character on GH. True, a character that has not even been on a year yet and is racking up time faster than it takes for rabbits to multiply. If we should consider him a NEW GH character, stop hauling back all the neighbors and retelling parts of his story from OLTL. That alone thoroughly kills the "GH character now" stuff. He is still dragging a boatload of history through his daughter and past wives from Llanview on to our show.
