I liked Anna, but I do think the writing for her changed.

She was a pure bad girl when she first appeared - a mercenary double agent who'd sold out for cash and was responsible for an innocent man dying for her crimes.

Then she got an excuse for that carrying out that mission when she was married to Robert, wearing the scar as penance, and Robin. Even the death of the Swede was rewritten.

I liked Anna best as she first appeared, so I could have done without the rewrites.
