It was stupid for a pregnant woman to argue on the stairs with someone who was drunk and taunt him by shoving her ring in his face. It was stupid of A.J. to grab her arm while on the stairs but A.J. is not to blame for Carly snatching away and losing her balance. He did not push her and if did shove her--why wasn't he charged with assault--oh I know, because it was a horrible accident. And what's worse, years later both of them were at it again but this time A.J. caught her. But let's not mention that because *some* people here fight logic and facts :-P
