Unless Todd successfully breaks up the wedding, and Blair is so incensed she won't talk to him. She's not coming to PC. She's not going t reunite with Todd, so I'm not sure what the purpose here is.

Maybe it's to advance T&C? Apparently Carly is hurt by all of Todd's feelings for Blair today. Like the stupid bint didn't know that already.
