If he wants to keep him grey or a good guy then he may have no involvement at all. But if they bring back Jason in the end they could decide that he was his partner and have kept Jason on the island this whole time.

It really all depends on how RC feels about the character. I am enjoying him right now but I am still unsure of how RC feels.
