They would crack up at some of the stuff put out there by Sonny haters right now. SOC makes SZ look like a friendly place for Sonny fans. Their hate for Sonny is unreal. I don't go there but people send me outrageously crazy stuff for a laugh.
1. The OL group brought up how much they like the way Sonny personally is written because for the first time in years, Sonny did NOT put himself first. YES, by golly, all six of them agree. If Sonny put himself first, he would have been written to seek comfort sex from a hooker not at all unlike what Jax used to do, would not have turned Carly down when she was seeking comfort, and would have promptly chucked the whole sickness idea and dumped Connie. Instead as soon as he found out she was ill, he has done nothing but try to get her back to reality so he can get her some HELP. Sonny even mentioned how his illness made him much more aware of where Kate is coming from.
2. I mentioned how haters think he only wants to help her to get in bed with her. Good laugh on that one. Most wondered if these haters don't believe in falling in love and trying to help someone because you love them. It is not all about sex to all of us, some of us also love deeply and want to help loved ones who are ill. They said. One mentioned how Emily never gave up on Sonny and his illness was discovered. Then he let her go for her sake. But she was determined to help him. That is what people do when they love someone as Sonny is now written to love Kate.
3. They are all people who watched the old timers years ago and their thought is that there are too many in one story line dominating too much of the show right now.
4. Mixed bag on the OLTL group. Two thought it helped ratings, three HATE how much they drive story or are inserted, especially Starr and Roger, and have no use for bringing the women over at all.
5. I need not mention that these are off liners who hated what Alcastalker did to their couple, S&C and NONE want him back.
6. All hate story line direction fo Liz, Sonny, Patrick, and that Kate is MIA. Two Brenda fans who have come to like Kate but would rather have Brenda, one Carly fan, and the rest all want Skate now.
7. All are very tired of Connie, Johnny and that whole scenario. Either reunite Skate or free Sonny is what they say.
8. AJ. Two can take him or leave him, four hate him.
All miss Jason, are Sonny fans and do not like the way his appearances are on the show now. Oh and they all liked the Lante/Maxie story so far. BUT they want more written for Sonny and all but one still want Jax back with CArly.
That was about it.
