There is no question that Todd has feelings for her.
However, he's clearly still IL with another woman. I'm glad that for once, my girl put her mind before her hoo ha and held back because she knows this.
It makes for all kinds of ultra-gorgeous Tarly angst. I re-watched that last scene multiple times on Wednesday. Le sigh!!!!!
However, until he's ready to move on - and he isn't - I'm not so sure they should get romantic.
Unless...if he isn't ready and it comes out - Jax comes back to swoop mygirl off her feet and take her with him to Australia. :)))
