character had actually been around for a while on AMC. RC was the 2nd actor to play the role on AMC (there were 3 actresses who played Skye). But RC hadn't been on AMC as Skye for 10 years when she joined OLTL. Not much point in having a cross-over character that hasn't been on the original show for 10 years and recent AMC viewers didn't even know.
