Talk about something I did NOT expect today on "Guiding Light!" Fletcher! Fletcher came back!
Of course, for me it was a bit disappointing in two regards:
a) I do not recall his relationship with Alexandra, at least no details. My favorite Fletcher relationship was with Hillary Bauer, although I also remember him with others like Meredith. Was he perhaps close friends with Alex when Beverly M played her?
b) My Fletcher looks OLD. Wow. OLD. Perhaps I didn't realize when I was a teenager how old he was at the time. I don't know.
But in any case, YAY! Fletcher sighting!
Other comments from today:
a) Lizzie's sunglasses looked HORRID.
b) Loved that Jonathan is moving into Cassie's house (thank God that beyotch is gone, though)
c) I do not care about Michelle and Danny because i never watched when they were on, but I assume some are happy.
d) Clearly I am not getting my Mindy and Rick reunion. :-(
e) Did not ring true to me to have Buzz say such positive, florid things about Alan. The man was evil 75% of the time, so come on...let's not lay it on too think.
I really, really, REALLY hope they do not have Jeffrey killed off by Edmund.
LOVED the Jeffrey/Edmund scenes, though. AND YAY- Jeffrey's hair no longer looks ridiculous!
