he is 100% todd and blair. I don't know the actor who plays him, but for a child actor, he has great comedic timing and has fantastic chemistry with Kassie and Trevor. Especially Trevor. I prefer him over starr nowadays. A friend of mine and I were talking the other day and we think they should TOTALLY make Jake gay. Could you imagine how Todd would react?
