This is probably the recap in which she announces her stupid engagement to Toe.
Todd says he can do better. He'll take her somewhere romantic. She likes the water. They'll go to Key West since they honeymooned there.
She says that he can take her anywhere but the answer will be the same. He asks her why (he almost whines that). He tells her she'd love PC. Jack would too. And Sam. Blair says they aren't coming to PC.
Todd again asks why. With Tomas out of the picture, there's nothing standing in their way. Blair has her back turned to him and she's playing with her ring finer. (The same one she played with on her first day.) Blair says that Toe is not out of the picture. She grimaces and says she can't marry Todd because she's marrying Tomas.
Massive EYE ROLL. ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGH! Hate Tomas.
