I don't know anything but it's possible ABC bought back the character of John because they love ME so much. And that they may have to pay PP every time they use Blair.

There are many other excuses to give as to why they aren't using other OLTL characters so PP just seems random to bring up if it's not a factor.

Now, they could probably pay PP to use other characters and don't bu that'sva separate issue.
