ITA, ABC didnt want RH and ME to go anywhere else so they were willing to pay to keep them.

This explains the short visits for Blair although I'm annoyed that they wouldn't pay the big bucks for her. I guess they know KdP and her fanbase are loyal and would watch and support her no matter how much they screwed with her.
