(1) That's a beautiful place John and Nat moved into. I couldn't help thinking how much work Natalie had to do - finding the place, decorating it, unpacking. All while John was sniffing around PC's local skank.
(2) I loved how desperate John acted when he realized he'd been caught - what a rare gift. That's right, John - YOU DID THIS.
(3) While I love that Natalie took John's passport (reminds me of when she pulled the GPS off her phone when he was tracking her), I can't help feeling that Nat is not a runner. She's not afraid to stay and fight. So I gotta assume she decided the fighting would not be in the best interest of Liam, and decided to put some distance between them while she cooled off and he decided what he wants. And I give her points for that.
(4) If the goal is to make John seem sympathetic in all this, I still see it as an epic fail. Natalie is just getting away after all she has put up with while John lied to her. She only gave herself a head start - she isn't blocking the boarders to the UK. And yet I am betting John won't be expediting the process to a new passport or flying over there to plead his case any time soon. So yeah, he still sucks. He threw away his whole family and while he claims he "hates myself for it" and wants to "spend the rest of my life making it up to you" I am sure he'll forget all about his own child about 5 seconds after he notices that insipid whiner in Todd's office.
(5) It sucks more than anything that the 2 great OLTL characters - that are far more compelling than any of the 1 dimensional mobsters and their molls currently on GH - have to be wasted propping up awful, useless Sam.
