needs to keep this a "horse race." I always remember Bush Sr. vs. Clinton. I remember all the pundits and newscasters saying "it's so close!" "it's a horse race!"

And then the night of the election, someone, I think Dan Rather, said "we knew this election was over weeks ago."

I never forgot that and it helps keep me balanced when the media is in overdrive.
