with Kerry as SOS which I think well be awful. Yes he is my senator and I respect him but don't see how his lack of inability to speech 'normal' is a good fit for that role. The man rambles has a habit of never speaking in terms people can understand and lacks a certain plain spoken skill and not putting your foot in your mouth which he does a lot here God bless him, for the SOS role. Luger can balance that out. I once watched a room filled with hardcore DEMs want to kill Kerry for not making any sense or connection while speaking to them for Patrick. Patrick came on and did everything Kelly couldn't in his speech.
I deeply respect Luger and can listen to him explain stuff where as Kerry often can't(convention speech was rare for him)
