Several people were aware of Petraeus' affair and that his mistress stalked someone and had access to information she shouldn't have. It seems to me that not only the FBI, but like House leadership, was willing to let him coast and keep it quiet.
Because of who he was.
And her, too.
People have lost jobs over this, been thrown in jail, but they get off with simple resignations. It doesn't seem fair to me.
