The U.S. SC is going to second guess the CO SC on its own law?

The CO ruling should 100% trickle down to every member of Congress who planned and/or participated in the insurrection as well.

I am enjoying the irony of the guy who started the Obama birther movement and hounded Obama relentlessly now being disqualified and removed from the CO ballot.

Reps. may just take this CO ruling as a gift. There are a few more states ready to make the same ruling, and this presents an opportunity to get rid of Trump for a less polarizing candidate. If so, Biden could be in trouble.
