I'm torn on Christie who is doing the right thing now, but how can anyone forget how he helped Trump get elected in 2016? Even after Trump snubbed him for a promised cabinet position and had witnessed and was personally victimized by Trump's mishandling of the pandemic, Christie tried to get him re-elected in 2020.
The Trump madness has to end, so I do appreciate Christie ultimately seeing the light. However, if he wants to truly repent, and if he wants Republicans to understand just how craven and unfit Trump is, he would endorse Biden for re-election.
