He would have held the seat open to replace Justice Scalia

...then would have added the seat for Justice RBG....and not convinced Justice Kennedy to retire to make room for Justice Kavanaugh. Too many variables to ASSUME what would have happened if Secretary Clinton had been elected. Nice game, if you want to play it, but you have to play by ALL the rules.
