I read on Threads that Kaplan told Trump he has the right to be present, but that right can be forfeited: "Mr. Trump, I hope I don't have to consider excluding you from the trial." Trump then threw his hands in the air and said, "I would love it." Kaplan continued, "I know you would. I know you would. You just can't control yourself in this circumstance apparently."
To which Trump replied "Neither can you", or something to that effect.
Are you kidding me? This guy is 2 seconds from "I am rubber you are glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you."
The very next time he interrupts anything in the courtroom, he needs to be held in contempt. PERIOD. If there's another time after that - Boom! You're gone.
No one else would be given chance after chance once you've been admonished by the Judge.
