they get that what applies to Trump will also apply to other Presidents to come and the one currently sitting in office. If they say a Prez can do anything he wants then Biden could go bomb Mar-A-Lago and be like "Immunity!". Not that he ever would but they would basically be saying he could if they declare a President has immunity.
