Democrats suck at messaging and some of the best messengers (Secretary Buttigieg) can't be everywhere and some have some restrictions due to the Hatch Act.
Someone asked in the comments on a YouTube video what President Biden had done. I quickly listed some of my favorite things including the potential return of the Child Tax Credit that the Republican politicians let "sunset," then wouldn't reauthorize. Of course...no reply to that.
Progressives always want more and better. Surrogates need to point out the changes so far. [Governor Newsom is good at pointing out the "so far"of the Biden Administration in easily digestible sound bytes and the yet more. He's a good/effective surrogate.
