out lied about Biden's ability to recall, and flat out omitted (in his public statement) the many additional reasons that Biden's statements during interviews were in fact "innocent explanations".

No wonder this GQP hack resigned in shame yesterday.

And after whinging about Biden's allegedly poor memory, he conveniently could not recall multiple things from his "own" report during today's hearing.
