for the bill to codify abortion so it wouldn't be on the ballot. [Their] concern is that if it's on the ballot, it will definitely pass; so they're trying to block it from getting to the ballot. I think the petitions to have it on the ballot [have] more than twice the amount of signatures required and they're still collecting more signatures. Cue sounds: <SAD TROMBONE>

As I see it, if you have to do something this underhanded, your stuff is weak.
