The more she speaks, the better she plays to the MAGA faithful which, fortunately, isn't enough to win the state.

Some Republican voters have said that they were surprised how far off she was when running for governor and for the Senate seat because she seemed so reasonable when she was a newscaster. That's the same logic that has some people scratching their heads about FPOTUS Trump. He seemed so reasonable and like a good businessman on The Apprentice. Both were playing a role.
