"News" organizations can't give the Liar in Chief an open mike with no fact checking in site. The "I was in a helicopter with Mayor Willie Brown (a Black guy) that almost crashed, and since we were both about to die, he told me crap about Kamala Harris" which is what everybody does if they think they're dying...except that the only helicopter flight with a Brown was Governor (again) Jerry Brown (a white guy). FPOTUS Trump, once again, tried to borrow someone else's credibility (because he has none) and put his own words in someone else's mouth.
The press needs to stop giving him free airtime to LIE. One of my favorite sayings in Chinese translates to "A word once spoken a team of four horses can't overcome." Once the lie is out there, good luck trying to take it back, correct the record, or otherwise counter it.
