It was always Obama's MO to compromise and reach across the aisle. Biden, though? Why choose a conservative Heritage Foundation member for AG? Yes, everyone felt bad for Garland because he was screwed, but ultimately, Biden chose him over Doug Jones.

Garland's legacy as AG will be to have run out the clock for Trump. As I've said, he serves at Biden's pleasure and should have been replaced years ago.
