Is he trying to make a joke? It's not funny. It's just weird. Did he for some reason think Hannibal Lector was a real person? LOL. Because Hannibal is dead in NO version of Harris's world. He isn't dead in the movie series. He isn't dead in the TV series. He isn't dead in the books. Anthony Hopkins isn't dead. Mads (TV actor) isn't dead. NO ONE IS DEAD.

When Trump says people are "here for asylums," I think he truly believes they are coming from insane asylums.
