I know from personal experience that poll workers work much harder than a lot of people realize. I only did it a few times but I’m really glad I had that experience. I especially loved helping first-time voters and voters with disabilities.

Kids love stickers and I wanted to make their first experiences of Election Day positive experiences — so they would more likely actually vote in the future.
My kids were with me when I voted for Obama and HRC. My son loved it when he got a sticker! My daughter still votes in person because she wants her sticker...LOL.
