be in a small town where, despite our consistently high voter turnout, I've never waited in a line longer than maybe three people to vote. OTOH, I waited in line 15 minutes today to pay for a handful of groceries and beauty items at the local discount store (Marc's). The line moved fairly quickly though, and everyone was pleasant and happily exchanging pleasantries with one another.
