voted for Trump. If all eligible voters had voted, we might not be in this situation. The main reason that Medicaid is on the chopping block right now and Medicare is not is because too many poor people don’t vote and many senior citizens do vote. The most minimal action a citizen can do is vote. And too many don’t vote. This is why I’m skeptical about getting the public to get involved and participate in resistance/protest actions. And yet we must never stop trying. Unfortunately, some people have to really get hurt before they will act. And we are there. That pain is here. I guess I’m just an exhausted, jaded activist who is still reeling from the November election.
