I am of a trans woman needing to use a toilet. I remember one of the accusations of rape against professional football player Ben Roethlisberger was that he followed the victim into a public bathroom at a night club. Two off duty cops he was paying to be his security that night blocked the door from the outside and wouldn't let any other women enter the bathroom (while he was inside it raping this poor woman). Now THAT is a threat. A trans woman who needs to pee is not. The sad reality is that trans people are at a greater risk of being physically attacked for using a bathroom than a CIS person is of being assaulted by them.
