So you all know my job search woes - it's been really tough trying to turn this "firing" into a chance to do my dream job.

I had REALLY high hopes at the start of this whole thing, and it's been very hard trying to keep that hope alive in the face of SO much rejection.

Tomorrow I am attending a job fair at the ONE company that I would literally sacrifice a limb to work at.

I've made phone calls to people I know who work there, I have had former managers make phone calls to HR managers there, I've done research on the company and the positions available. I have my resume all shiny and fantastic, and a list of questions to ask those who interview me.

Now I need some good thoughts, prayers, hope and whatever other good feelings can be sent my way, that I perform to the very best of my ability tomorrow. That I am able to counter every concern about experience and show them what a wonderfull employee I can be.

And also, ADVICE!

So give me you VERY BEST interviewing tips, tell me your interview success AND horror stories. Share the questions you were asked that blew your mind! Ones you didn't think they were allowed to ask, ones you didn't know the answer to.
