So I got a new 3 in 1 printer scanner copier last week and it is working fine. Software loaded fine
But ever since I got it I have been having this issue.
Say I have 2 windows open, 1 open to my email and 1 on SZ...anytime I open another window off those(say creating an email or sending a PM or clicking on a link in a SZ post)
when I close whatever I opened(see above) window I get a box that says
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
then the SEND ERROR REPORT and DONT SEND button. I have been sending and not sending it does not matter as soon as I click it to close every open window that is associated with it closes.
So say I send an email...I get the message close it and my whole email closes down.
If I send a PM on SZ I click send, get the message that there was an error(the emails and PMs do go through) and then SZ closes down and I have to reopen Internet Explorer.
Anyone have a clue what is going on. I know it must have something to do with the printer etc because it started after I installed it last week.
