There was a swath of severe weather going through the area last night - we had a tornado warning at my parent's until 1:00am. Luckily they went north of us - but in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, several tornadoes touched down. My sister-in-law works out near the airport, and her building is smack in the middle of where some of the worst damage is, so she's at home today. Luckily their house was ok!
A man was killed in a truck out on I-40, he was in a truck that was overturned. Three semis were just blown right off the road from the wind.

It was pretty scary last night, watching the news, they were pinpointing where rotating clouds were, where the tornadoes might be touching down.
