I drink a good amount of water. Not what I'm supposed to, but A LOT more than I used to. Maybe 30 oz a day of pure water.
Last Tuesday I went to the gym with a friend and was exhausted after 5 minutes on the treadmill. I pushed myself to do a full 30 but I had to walk most of the time. It hurt to run and I was out of breath. And ever since then, walking to work has been pretty painful. At first it was just my knees really hurt when I was walking. That first day (wednesday) I wasn't sure I would even make it to work. But the last few days my calves have really hurt. I couldn't run right now if I wanted to.
Is it dehydration? Or a lack of calcium? Anyone have any ideas?
Two Tuesdays ago I did not have any problems running on the treadmill. I was on it for 30 minutes and ran for probably 23 minutes.
