Well, at least he is off the streets - for the time being. Colorado is notorious for NOT actually carrying through with any death penalty cases - but, possibly, he could end up spending the rest of his life in prison.

What really annoyed me were all of the people who were just positive that Jessica's mother had something to do with her death - even AFTER the police had announced that they had cleared BOTH of the parents of any involvement with Jessica's disappearance and death!
