(to be fair I just watch this show on DVD a year after it airs so what do I know...)

But I really love Damon & Elena. I'm actually surprised they haven't let them be together by now. Usually by now the opposing triangle has had an opportunity.

Clearly the writers must be Stelena fans. lol
